Not your everyday sriracha.. this is made from the standard style with fermented chilli, garlic and sugar.. but more our own style. We ferment our chillis,add ghost Peppers to give you more heat, Brown sugar and molasses fermented garlic,  which brings a depth of layers and flavour.
