An idea from  August myself & @hainsworth_david ,straight after our 1st collaboration with the Tropical Heatwave we now have our new "Honey Heatwave" with a 2 month fermentation and a new sriracha designed just for this using fermented honey garlic and local honey from The Bearded Honeyman in Sherfield on Loddon. 
It's sweet, sticky and yet spicy.. perfect taste for everyone who can take the 4/10 heat.
