Award winner chilli sauce awards (mild (2023)

Design of a new style BBQ sauce, with Korean Gochugaru chillis,.. this isn't an authentic sauce, one I've designed.

Started with the base of a BBQ sauce (ketchup, sugar, cyder vinegar, smoked Paprika, garlic, Worcestershire sauce (vegan variety) and sea salt with added fermented Gochugaru chillis, Black Treacle fermented Garlic and sesame oil. The heat level is very low around 1/10
