A Meat-free smokey bourbon bacon jam
With our blended bacon dust. 
First we had to make a Bacon Dust (Meat-free) to produce that bacon smell and taste. 
OK you're probably asking why not use real bacon?
Well we wanted something that would be shelf stable and not go off after a few weeks.  We don't have to keep it refrigerated and also everyone can have it.
It does contain real kentucky Bourbon as well as Brewed coffee,  sweet caramelised onions, brown sugar, our bacon dust as well as cider vinegar, balsamic reduction, garlic and black pepper. 
This version is also CHILLI FREE
