This was made for a competition with certain ingredients.. Onion, Garlic,  Balsamic vinegar and Pointed Peppers.. I've made it a cherry bbq sauce.
As the competition has ended i can list the ingredients 
Cherrys, Blueberrys, Fermented Garlic (Black treacle), organic Chocolate powder, red onions, Balsamic vinegar, Chipotle (smoked Jalapeño), maple syrup,  scotch bonnet and cherry bomb chillis, sea salt
